The Association’s membership term begins on October 1^st each year. The membership dues are $50.00 per year. Please submit your dues payment with this application to the association office. In the years following, you will be billed annually for dues, which are due on or by October 1^st.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Other than dues this membership is non-assessable.

For Clarification, the term "Association" shall mean the Western Regional Master Builders Association.

"Member" shall mean all individuals, firms, co-partnerships and corporation, either limited or general, and their affiliates or subsidiaries who are members of the "Association."

The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any application.

The Board also reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member at any time. The association shall in such cases, return a pro rata portion of the dues to the member, provided there are no outstanding monies due to the Association by the member.

Dues: Dues shall be due on October 1 of every year and shall become delinquent thirty (30) days thereafter, at which time membership may be canceled. Participation in and receipt of benefits are predicated on receiving dues payments. Failure to pay dues will result in the termination of association membership and suspension of all benefits.
